This document is designated for the guests who are not accommodated in Ramada by Wyndham Oradea. We kindly recommend to our hotel’s guests to consult the Spa etiquette listed on the hotel’s website.
Riserva Wine Spa provides the guests with a locker room with a safebox inside the closets, bathrobes, towels, cosmetics, disposable underwear, and slippers (except the bathing suite – *which can be bought from the shopping center located within 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel). A bag with towel, bathrobe, and slippers will be provided by check-in. Before you leave, please throw the towels and bathrobes in the white baskets from the locker room and, the disposable products can be thrown away.
The spa environment is specifically designed to provide tranquility and relaxation. Please respect the right to privacy and silence of the other spa guests by refraining from using mobile phones inside the location. Smoking is not permitted in the interior spa area (except on the Roof Top terrace).
Appointments: To schedule a treatment or receive further information, please contact the spa reception at +40 359 403 335, spa@ramadaoradea.ro. Reservations in advance are encouraged. We invite you to check the promotions page riserva.ro to keep up with the special offers. Your contact details are necessary to guarantee your reservation (name, e-mail, phone). Before you benefit from any spa treatment or facility, we kindly ask you to stop by the Spa Reception to (re)confirm your appointment. At the booking time, you have the opportunity to indicate a preference for a male or female therapist. Scheduling a massage or a ritual does not imply the obligation to purchase a spa or RoofTop access, the guest is assisted in the treatment room.
Cancellation Policy: Out of respect for our other guests cancellations or reschedules may be made a minimum of 4 hours before the appointment time. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled time will attract a penalty of 100% of the procedure value. Appointments can only be changed depending on availability. Please follow the treatment according to schedule because it can happen to overlap with the other guest’s program and will be unable to respond positively to your request.
Pre-treatment Life form – Health State: Please inform your therapists regarding any health issue, allergy, or prior accident that might influence the treatment or the use of the spa facilities. On the first arrival, you will be asked to fill in on your responsibility a questionnaire regarding your health status to allow us to offer you a perfectly safe service.
Spa dress code: For spa procedures please remove jewelry and clothing, keeping only the underwear. For some treatments, the therapist will provide disposable underwear. If your treatment involves water therapy, it is necessary to wear a bathing suit. For the best results of facial treatments for gentlemen, it is recommended to be clean-shaven.
General access to treatment rooms and spa facilities: The access to the spa facilities is based on the RFI card, which you receive at the spa reception, and in the case of massages you will be taken to the reserved treatment room. In case of access problems, please ask the spa personnel to assist you.
Treatment rooms: Please inform therapists if you feel comfortable if you feel too hot or too cold if the massage is too light or too firm. Our goal is for you to benefit from a unique and comfortable experience.
Saunas: It is recommended to book at the spa reception the time you want to use saunas to ensure that the sauna’s temperature is proper. To ensure the hygiene and comfort of all guests a towel around the waist is necessary for the spa unisex area, please do not sit directly on the wooden benches. Showering between sauna programs is mandatory (a shower is available next to the saunas). Half an hour sessions can be booked for a limited number of people.
Roof Top by Ramada: The Roof Top terrace is arranged with a bar, seating on high tables, and on sunny days with sunbeds and puffs. The terrace is connected to the lounge. The Roof Top & Lounge by Ramada access can be booked also separately from Riserva Spa access or Gym access.
Roof Top Lounge: The Roof Top Lounge is arranged with a self-serving station for espresso and coffee specialties, water, tea, sodas, seatings on a high-sharing table, and lounge chairs and tables. The lounge is connected to the terrace. Limited food and beverage menu available for consumption. The access can be booked also separately from Riserva Spa access or Gym access.
Outdoor Jacuzzis: 2 Jacuzzis are located on the Roof Top terrace, on the 7th floor. The temperature in the Jacuzzis is adjusted according to the outside temperature. Please book at the spa reception the time you want to use the Jacuzzis to uncover it and ensure that the temperature is proper. Half an hour sessions can be booked for a limited number of people. Showering before is mandatory (a shower is available next to the Jacuzzis or in the locker room).
Fitness: A modern GYM is provided on the -1 floor. The access is based on the RFI card, which you receive at the spa or hotel reception. Use facilities and equipment on your responsibility. No supervising personnel is available, please use the equipment properly according to the displayed instruction, return all equipment to its place after use, and clean the handles of the equipment with disinfectant wipes preparing them for the next user. Please use sportswear. It is not permitted to utilize outdoor shoes. Please dispose of the water bottles/glass and the used towels in the designated containers. Please maintain adequate sound and music levels that do not inconvenience other guests. The GYM access can be booked also separately from Roof Top and Riserva Spa access.
Saline: Please maintain an adequate sound and music level that do not inconvenience the other guests. Please use bathrobes and disposable slippers available if you relax on the saline beds.
Children’s access: Under the age of 12 (inclusive) children’s access to the spa, Jacuzzis, and Roof Top terrace is forbidden. Children over the ages of 12 and 18 are permitted in the spa facilities only with a companion and will be billed as an adult for access. For age-appropriate treatments, please ask the spa reception for assistance.
Pregnancy: In the initial pregnancy semester, we do not perform any treatment. For mothers-to-be, we have created special treatments. We are at your service to offer the most appropriate therapies for this period.
Suggestions: Your recommendations are welcomed. To improve the quality of our services, please fill out the satisfaction form obtainable in the spa reception.
Lost objects: Seifs to store valuable items or money are available in the locker room closets. Spa employees are not responsible for any personal or valuable goods. The lost and found items are retained for return for 3 months in the hotel after being donated. In case we don’t own your contacts (email, phone) to inform you about your lost items they are stored and donated according to upper mentioned procedures.
Payment Methods: Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, *American Express – * only at the hotel reception), cash, gift cards – please inform the spa personnel about your preferred payment methods.
Gift Cards: They are the perfect gift for any anniversary or special occasion. The gift cards are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash. The gift card validity is 1 year from the purchase date written on the gift card. After this term, gift cards can not be used anymore.
Food and beverages order: Is forbidden to bring food and beverages from outside. A menu is available on the RoofTop and in the lounge area – see the Gourmet section. Delivering time for the food orders can take a little bit of time as the dishes are prepared and sent from the Steak HUB restaurant, thank you for your understanding. Some of the items are available for immediate consumption in the lounge fridges and can be served at the bar.
